1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all business relationships between the operator of this website (hereinafter: Provider) and its customers.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the use of the AI image generation service provided by the Provider via the website.

3. Registration and User Account

To use the service, the customer must register and create a user account. The customer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information during registration.

4. Usage Rights

The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model license.

5. Liability

The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. Further liability is excluded unless required by law.

6. AI-generated results

AI-generated images may contain visual errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, or results that differ from the customer's subjective expectations. Customers must review generated images before publication or commercial use.

7. Immediate performance and consumed credits

When expressly requested during checkout, access to the selected plan or credit package begins immediately. Credits used for a generation are consumed when processing starts. Used credits and generations already started or completed are not refundable solely because the customer dislikes the result.

8. Withdrawal and statutory rights

For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when supply begins after the customer's express consent and acknowledgement, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights concerning defective, unavailable, or non-conforming services remain unaffected. Further details are set out in the Refund Policy.
