Pricing questions

Output resolution and Megapixels (MP)

Megapixels describe output resolution: 1,000 × 1,000 pixels is 1 megapixel, while 2,000 × 2,000 pixels is 4 megapixels.

On this page, Megapixels (MP) also names your usage allowance. MB (megabytes) measures file size, which varies with format and compression.

MP usage varies by output resolution and tool. An output’s resolution in megapixels and its MP usage cost are related, but they are different quantities.

When can I use my MP?

Purchased MP do not expire. Verified accounts can use them on the website without a subscription, with Free account limits. API, MCP, and Shopify retain their separate access rules.

Each monthly allowance remains available until one calendar month after its billing period ends. Renewal adds a separate allowance; it does not extend an older expiry. Cancellation keeps valid remaining MP available on the website until their expiry.

Older subscription balances without an expiry receive a separate advance notice before a new monthly deadline is introduced. Technical refunds returned after the original MP expired receive seven days of replacement availability. Account shows the exact amounts and deadlines.

How is the cost per MP calculated?

Divide the plan price by its included MP to get the effective cost per MP in the currency shown on that card. Review the amount and billing currency at checkout before paying.

How many images does a plan include?

Choose Product photos, Backgrounds, or Enhancements in the estimator to see estimated attempts for a selected workflow. Product photos includes planning, a background, and placement. Attempts are not guaranteed usable images; review each result before publication.

Why isn't there a free tier?

Every creation uses paid GPU, storage, and delivery capacity. The one-time test offer lets you try the workflow without a recurring subscription.

Can I use my MP in the Shopify app?

Shopify app integration requires an active installation and a linked account. Generation requires eligible purchased MP, a qualifying active direct subscription, or a verified active Shopify subscription. Buying on this page does not install or link the app. Accounts billed through Shopify manage purchases in their linked shop.

Can outputs be used commercially?

Current plans include commercial usage. You remain responsible for source assets, prompts, trademarks, people, and any third-party rights in the final composite.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancel anytime. Remaining monthly MP stay usable until their applicable expiry; purchased MP do not expire. Check the current Terms and Refund Policy for billing timing and refund eligibility.
