Cookies
Our internet pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your terminal device.
5. Deleted Creations and Storage Retention
When you delete a gallery creation, it moves to Recently Deleted for 30 days. During this period, you can restore it or permanently delete it immediately. After the 30-day period, the creation record and its associated master, display, and thumbnail files are automatically scheduled for permanent deletion. If a storage operation fails, the record is retained only so deletion can be retried safely.
Support administrators may view unexpired Recently Deleted items to assist you, but cannot publish or delete them. Deleted creations are not published to Discover.
6. Checkout Agreement Records
When you start a paid checkout, we store the agreement version and text shown to you, the selected product, acceptance time, checkout identifiers, IP address, browser information, and payment completion status. These records are used to establish and administer the contract, prevent fraud, resolve billing disputes, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. They are retained with the related contractual and accounting records for the legally required period.
7. Product Studio and Google Gemini
When you use Product Studio, the generated background, the product reference images you select, and your optional art-direction text are sent to Google's paid Gemini API to create the requested composition. We use this processing to perform the service you requested. ProductBackground stores the resulting image and technical usage and cost metadata with your private creation; API keys are never sent to the browser.
Google acts as an external AI processing provider for this feature. Product Studio does not enable Google Search grounding. According to the terms applicable to the paid Gemini API, submitted customer data is not used to train Google's models. Legal retention obligations and Google's security and abuse-prevention processing may still apply.
8. Website Support Chat and Telegram
When you use the support chat, we process the messages you submit, a random conversation identifier, the page path and referrer path without query parameters, technical abuse-prevention data, and any name or email address you choose to provide. The browser stores an opaque conversation credential locally so the chat can be restored after a reload. Providing contact details is optional and does not block anonymous messaging.
Chat messages are routed to our private support group through Telegram and are therefore stored both in the ProductBackground chat service and by Telegram. Conversations and optional contact details are scheduled for deletion after 30 days without activity; the corresponding Telegram topic is deleted as part of the same retention process. Encrypted operational backups expire after seven days. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or other sensitive secrets through the chat.
