Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds apply to ProductBackground subscriptions, credit packages, and AI image generations. It supplements the Terms of Service.

AI-generated results

AI-generated images can contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or creative variations. Used credits and generations already started or completed are not refundable solely because the result differs from a customer's subjective expectations or is not preferred.

Immediate supply and withdrawal

Customers can expressly request immediate activation during checkout. For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when supply begins after the required express consent and acknowledgement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Statutory rights remain

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights relating to defective, unavailable, duplicated, incorrectly charged, or materially non-conforming services. Confirmed billing errors and legally required refunds remain eligible for correction or refund.
